Designing and developing a fun space-themed card game. As one of the co-creators of the game, one of my key role was to ensure the end-to-end experience of the game which included the game strategy, designing, developing and illustrating the characters, branding and visual identity of the game, functions and designs of the cards, rulebook design, website design, game-testing, social media and other marketing collaterals, etc.

The case studies deep dive into specific challenges of the project and their solution through design. Each case study will take you through a unique challenge or a design process and how it was tackeled or used to achieve a desirable result.
The first step of building the game was to design the dynamics of the game which included determining the functions of the cards and setting the rules of the game followed by the character designs and design of the cards. For a span of two years with multiple rounds of prototyping and testing helped us acheive a game that we envisioned.
The next step was to design the visual identity of the game along with the design of the cards, the rule book, the website, social media and marketing collaterals and designing for Tabletopia (a virtual platform for game testing and playing)
